Goa Tourist Attractions | Anjuna Beach

Tourist attraction in Goa -
Anjuna Beach

Anjuna is one of the beautiful tourist attraction in Goa in India. It is located in north of Baga beach and Calangute beach, and close to the South of Vagator and Chapora. Mapusa is the nearest city to Anjuna beach.

If you are travelling by train you will have to alight at Mapusa train station - Thivim and the if you are considering the cheapest option, it would be to take the local bus to Mapusa bus station - Kadamba. It will cost you less than Rs 10 to get to Anjuna from Mapusa by local bus alternativey you can also opt for a rickshaw which would cost you around Rs 350.

Once you reach Anjuna, for getting around Anjuna you can opt for bicycles, motorbikes, motorcycle taxi and by local bus. For hiring motorbikes & bicylces you might have to pay some deposit and a daily charge ranging from Rs. 100 - Rs 250 depending on the period of your visit. Anjuna is a good tourist attraction but definitely not the best of attractions in Goa.

It has a lot of shacks and restaurants over the beach line. Anjuna is definitely not recommended for tourists who love solitude & calmness. Anjuna market happens on Wednesday and if you want to hunt for better deals & better hunt you will have to strive to get up early and go for it.
